I've taken a bound, cloth covered book and added a unique abstract form to the cover to make it a one of a kind journal or sketchbook! It is made of polymer clay, glass gems, sterling silver jewelry pieces and found objects. It was painted with metallic paints in gold, emerald green, copper and silver.
It measures 5.75" x 8.75" and has 100 unlined pages for drawing, sketching and writing. (if you can write in a straight line without lines....I can't LOL!)

Funny thing about this one is I had no idea what I was going to do when I began. I just opened a package of black Fimo soft and rolled it out and put it through the pasta machine resulting in the shape you see. I looked at it and thought "Cool!" and that was the beginning of the design LOL!
