A group of business card holders that I painted with a crazy mix of powdered pigments, alcohol ink and Future floor finish...LOL! Some were accented with a touch of metallic silver or gold leaf pen.
The card holders came from Moo Inc. They are a great source for business cards! The ones you see peeking out of the holders are some of mine. You can print your art on them. :D

You could make cases for DSs and PSPs and sell em on DA, those are darn pretty boxes... put the gourguss stones on the outside and I bet you'd be able to figure out some padding for the inside!

you could make them from book binding card and use foam on the inside for padding! Make them pretty sturdy!
