Shimmery Blue Journal with Polymer Clay coverby *MandarinMoon

I painted the front and back of this journal with a mixture of clear acrylic and powdered pigments. The piece in the center is polymer clay, glass gems and a bit of chain. The clay was also 'painted' with powdered pigments before curing and then sealed with clear acrylic after cooled.
The color is so rich and shimmers in the light. I love blue!

LOVE the color!

If you don't mind me asking, how did you apply the clay piece to the journal securely? Every glue I've tried with poly clay embellishments has failed me
